Our Beliefs

Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative eternal Word of God. 2 Peter 1:20-21

  • We believe that there is one triune God, eternally existent as God, the Father; God, the Son, and God, the Holy Ghost. Isaiah 44:6, Isaiah 45:18, Deuteronomy 6:4

  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His bodily resurrection, in His sinless life, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in the blessed hope of His personal, visible, and in His future return to this earth to receive to Himself, His blood-bought church, that it may be with Him forever. John 1:14

  • We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 3:22-25, 6:22, & 1 Corinthians 5:17-18

  • We believe that the rebirth of the human spirit by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit of God is essential for personal salvation. Titus 3:4-7

  • We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer. Isaiah 53:5, Psalms 103:3

  • We believe that each believer is entitled to, and will receive the baptism with the Holy Ghost according to Acts 2:4 and/or Acts 10:44-46 and/or Acts 19:6 upon their asking for it.

  • We believe that unity regarding the foundational doctrines clearly taught in the Holy Bible is absolutely essential. At the same time, we also affirm that we must accept one another in the love of Jesus recognizing that there are different styles and expressions of worship. We are all members of the Body of Christ. All the members of the Body do not look exactly alike in external details. Yet together we are the Body of Christ and are called to build His Kingdom in harmony, His Grace, and agape love. Ephesians 4:3
